Schools, nurseries, playgroups and pre-schools
It’s quick and easy to order software from our website. First you will need to click on the My Account link at the top of the page and register as a new user. If you are already a registered user, just type in your email address and password to login.
Choose the products that you wish to purchase and click the 'Add to basket' button on each title. When you are ready to complete your purchase, just click on the Checkout button in your basket and follow the instructions to enter your credit/debit card details. We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB and Visa Electron.
All orders are sent by 1st class Royal Mail post. Remember, all UK orders are sent FREE delivery. Delivery on European/Worldwide orders are charged at the following rates:
Europe: £1.50 per item
Worldwide: £2.00 per item
We will aim to send you your product within 2-3 days but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If your product is out of stock we will advise you of an estimated delivery date.
Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
If you have an enquiry about an order you've placed, please email our customer services team on sales@neptunehome.co.uk who will do their best to answer any questions you have. Don't forget to include your email, name, address and postcode as well as the title of the product you've ordered.

We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.
Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, please use the link above to return it to us, with its original packaging for a free of charge replacement or refund.
Faulty Products: If you believe your product to be faulty, please contact us using the link above to arrange a replacement or refund. Please note, we test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. We advise you to read our technical support page and check any product on a second computer, as we are not responsible for issues caused by the configuration of your machine. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
Returning an unwanted item: You may return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. Please follow our returns procedure as explained above.
- We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
- We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

When you shop online with Neptunehome.co.uk, there is no need to worry about credit card security. We employ the use of the WorldPay credit card authorisation and do not hold a copy of your credit/debit card details. On your bank statement, payment will be debited to WorldPay, who handle all of our online transactions.
